Pidgeon Health builds the developer tools that healthcare integration engineers have always needed but nobody has built. The product suite spans three products on a shared engine: Post (synthetic HL7/FHIR test message generation and validation), Flock (epidemiologically grounded synthetic patient population generation), and Loft (real-time interface monitoring and alerting).

The core engine — Pidgeon.Core — is open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. Every healthcare integration team in the world can use it to generate and validate HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, and NCPDP SCRIPT test messages for free. Premium products on top of the free core serve integration engineers, QA teams, and enterprise IT organizations that manage the interfaces connecting hospitals, labs, pharmacies, and payers.
