We are not actively hiring right now.
We are a focused early-stage team. When we bring someone on, it is because we have found a person who genuinely understands the problem and wants to own a meaningful piece of it — not to fill a role on an org chart.
What We Value
Domain depth over generalism.
Healthcare interoperability is genuinely hard. We value people who go deep on a problem rather than skimming across many. You do not need to know HL7 on day one, but you should want to understand it completely.
Craft and correctness.
The systems we build are adjacent to patient care. Sloppy code and careless validation have real consequences downstream. We build things the right way the first time, and we test them.
Ownership without permission.
We are a small team. If you see something broken, you fix it. If you have a better idea, you propose it and build it. We do not want people waiting to be told what to do.
Open source mindset.
The core engine is MPL 2.0 open source. We believe the community benefits when foundational healthcare tooling is free. We build premium products on top — not paywalls around — the open core.
